Rumeysa graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2017 and has continued her professional journey with a focus on understanding the human being in all its dimensions. She completed her master’s degree at the University of Houston-Victoria, during which she actively worked with clients at the UHV-Katy Counseling Center.

In 2015, she completed a six-month training program on stress management and meditation practices at Başkent University and delivered seminars in various hospitals as part of this program. In the same year, she worked with children with autism at Ankara University Hospital and received training in psychological test administration. Through her internships and observational experiences in different hospitals and clinical centers, she developed a holistic perspective on the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral processes of individuals.

As of 2025, she is working as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate at a private clinic in Houston, Texas, providing play therapy, individual therapy with adolescents and adults, parent counseling, and couples therapy both in-person and online. She has completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Couples Therapy and continues to organize various workshops and seminars while pursuing a 12-month Applied Integrative Therapy Training program.
