By combining talk therapy, CBT, DBT, and creative methods, we find the path that works best for you. I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and eating disorders.
When working with couples, I support you in strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and establishing a healthier bond in your relationship. Relationships can be challenging at times, but with the right support, change is possible.
