Ezgi is a Turkish-American Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and founder of Unraveling Minds Psychotherapy & Counseling. She holds a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Southwest.

I take a trauma-informed, eclectic approach, drawing from a blend of evidence-based therapies—including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and emotion-focused therapy (EFT).
